Healing Connection (HC) provides community-based support programs. HC is a registered charity with the primary purpose of delivering community programs and services toward better healing and connection. We believe that a resilient community is needed as the foundation for resilient individuals and families. We can build resiliency together.

Educate.

Our goal is to advance education with a focus on more healing and connection in our community. Healing Connection (HC) is committed to providing resources and tools which are educational, insightful and practical to make an impact in our community. It is a journey to learn how to process the challenges and successes of everyday activity, stress and the balance between work, life and relationships.

Advocate.

Healing Connection (HC) helps as a mental health advocate. Mental health can impact how one thinks, feels and acts. Managing one’s mental health is important at all stages of life, as poor mental health can hinder one’s ability to be happy, active and engaged. We advocate for better change. We can improve our emotional resilience together with more Healing and more Connection.
